What they do for Malcarne

Nevien has worked as the lead architect/ designer on a multitude of projects from residential, commercial, institutional, religious...etc. She takes great pride in the relationship she develops and maintains with clients, during and beyond the completion of the projects. She has worked extensively in construction and management, where efficiency and discretion are key.

She graduated with a 5 year bachelor degree in Architecture and Urban Planning from The College of Fine Arts, Helwan University in Cairo Egypt. She transferred to the US in 1983 and she continued her education in graduate school, which she feels is one of the best ways to remain current and well-informed.

She graduated from LTU in Southfield, Michigan with a Professional/ Masters degree. She has pursued and attained her registration in the State of New York since 1995, as well as becoming a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

Other than Malcarne?

Nevien loves spending time with my family and spoiling her grand-daughter. She enjoys traveling, entertaining, gardening, cooking and reading. She has a sense of adventure and looks forward to meeting new people.
