Fred has a proven track record working as a project manager for commercial projects. Fred has managed several large-scale projects including; the new construction of 3 story, 5 unit condominium; strip malls; and financial institutions.

He excels at meeting project timelines while keeping within budget guidelines. He also has a unique talent for achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Malcarne Contracting, Fred built over 100 residential homes and acted as branch manager for a commercial contracting supply company.

Other than Malcarne?

At the office, Fred is our project lead. At home, Fred is a family man. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Debra, and their dog, Scarlet O'Hara. If you want to catch Fred outside the office you better be quick, you might find him out on his boat or dancing on stage in Myrtle Beach.
