We can help you build the home or office of your dreams but first we need to do a little homework together. Often customers come to us believing they know what they really want but upon our asking detailed questions about their project, the answers can become vague. As you share all your thoughts on the project, we are here to advise and guide you by following these steps.
As we enter the design phase of your project we are beginning to feel like old friends! We know your dreams, we’ve created your lists of projects to pursue and you have estimates in hand of each of those projects. Now it’s time for us to introduce you to one of our New York State Licensed Architects so that your lists can become design plans, putting you one step closer to moving in.
- We’ll begin the design phase by brainstorming to develop one to two concepts to satisfy your needs.
- Upon approval of the design concept we’ll commence generating construction documents (blueprints) and specifications, which define all the materials and products that are to be included.
- We will also work with you on the selection of interior finishes, fixtures, etc.
- You’ll regularly receive a project cost review and get updated estimates to make sure that the design we are creating complies with your budget.
- When all the reviews are finished and the plans are completed to your satisfaction then we will create the official set
of building plans.

We will provide you with creative possibilities for your project that you may not have considered and we’ll steer you clear of most pitfalls that inevitably emerge during a construction project.
